How much does BabyCroc cost?
The full baby tracker stays free, with one report each calendar month and CSV export. Classic voice commands (Alexa & Siri) are included with Free, and Google Assistant’s classic phrases are too, so you can log feeds, sleep, and diapers and ask quick questions. Hands-free is there for when your hands are full. On newer Android phones, Gemini has replaced Google Assistant. Long-press the BabyCroc icon for the same shortcuts. Free includes 2 active reminders, with snooze. Premium is $29.99 a year after a 7-day free trial and adds Talk to Chompy, the realtime voice assistant, Ask Chompy, AI story recaps with warm narration, weekly recap audio, monthly and yearly cinematic recaps, unlimited reminders, the next-nap reminder, insights, white noise, bedtime stories, and hide, reorder, and customize activities, and an AI weekly and monthly nutshell, plus everything else beyond Free. Premium includes a generous monthly AI and voice allowance. Classic voice commands (Alexa & Siri) are included with Free. Apple Watch comes with Premium, not Free. Premium adds Talk to Chompy, the realtime voice assistant.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. The full baby tracker stays free, and the history you already kept stays on the timeline. Premium features wait until you subscribe again.
How do I cancel?
On iPhone, subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the app open Account → Subscription → Manage. Google Play billing is not open yet. When it is, that subscription will be managed in Google Play.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Account → Email & sign-in → Delete account. You can export your logs as a CSV first. If you can’t open the app, follow babycroc.app/delete-account. A family you share with other caregivers stays with them. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription.
Why doesn't Alexa or Siri always understand me?
Alexa and Siri voice commands use Amazon's and Apple's own voice assistants. How well they hear and understand you is up to those services, not BabyCroc. If a command doesn't work, you can always log in the app or try again. For a smarter hands-free helper, upgrade to Premium for Talk to Chompy: Chompy's advanced AI voice assistant is powered by Grok Voice 3.0 from xAI.
Is BabyCroc medical advice?
No. The Baby handbook and milestone checklists are general information. Your pediatrician knows your child best.
Can I log with Siri?
Yes. Classic voice commands with Siri on iPhone are included with Free. Apple Watch comes with Premium, not Free. Say “Log a bottle in BabyCroc” or “Log weight in BabyCroc” and Siri logs it without opening the app. Talk to Chompy, the realtime voice assistant, stays part of Premium.
Can I log with Alexa?
Yes. Classic voice commands with Alexa are included with Free. Link BabyCroc in the Alexa app and say “Alexa, ask baby croc to log four ounces.” When Alexa asks you to sign in, use the same account you use in the BabyCroc app. Your Amazon email doesn’t need to match. Premium adds Talk to Chompy, the realtime voice assistant.

Privacy
We never sell or share your family’s data. You can export everything. Deleting your account removes it from our servers. A family you share stays with the other caregivers. Read the privacy policy, or see how to delete your account.
