Yes. The full baby tracker is free for every caregiver, and you can invite one partner on the free plan. Premium, one subscription for the family, adds unlimited caregivers and the rest of the shared day. Grandparents and helpers can tap Have an invite code, enter the code and their name, and continue as a guest without an Apple, Google, or email account. Guest access stays on that phone. Deleting the app ends it unless they sign in, and they can join again with the current code. The owner can rename, remove, block, or unblock a caregiver from Account → Family & caregivers. Blocking pauses access immediately. Past logs stay, with that person’s name. A new guest sign-in is a new account, so make a new invite code after a block if the old code should stop working.

Yes. The export steps for each app are at babycroc.app/help/import. Then open Account → Import data in BabyCroc. You’ll see a preview of what will be added before anything is saved, and duplicates are skipped.

CSV export is included on every plan, including Free. Account → Export data creates a CSV of every entry for every child, which you can open in Numbers, Excel, or Google Sheets, or import into another app.

No and no. We never sell or share your family’s data, and BabyCroc has no ads.

With Premium, Talk to Chompy is the realtime voice assistant, powered by Grok Voice 3.0 from xAI. Tap the mic and say something like “wet diaper” or “she fell asleep.” Chompy reads back what it logged so you can fix it with a tap. You can swipe the mic button off to the side when you don’t need it. Ask Chompy is the same Premium layer. Premium includes a generous monthly AI and voice allowance. Say a phrase such as “Log a bottle in BabyCroc,” “Start a nap in BabyCroc,” or “Log a wet diaper in BabyCroc.” You can also say “Log weight in BabyCroc,” “Log length in BabyCroc,” “Log height in BabyCroc,” or “Log head circumference in BabyCroc.” Siri asks for the number and the unit, and logs it without opening the app.

Yes. Classic voice commands with Alexa are included with Free. Link BabyCroc in the Alexa app and say “Alexa, ask baby croc to log four ounces,” “Alexa, ask baby croc to start a nap,” or “Alexa, ask baby croc what happened today.” When Alexa asks you to sign in, use the same account you use in the BabyCroc app. Your Amazon email doesn’t need to match. Premium adds Talk to Chompy, the realtime voice assistant.

Say “log feeding in BabyCroc” or “start nap timer in BabyCroc” when Google Assistant is the assistant. “Talk to Chompy in BabyCroc” is the advanced AI voice assistant, and it is part of Premium. Alexa and Siri voice commands use Amazon's and Apple's own voice assistants. How well they hear and understand you is up to those services, not BabyCroc. If a command doesn't work, you can always log in the app or try again. No. The Baby handbook and milestone checklists come from sources like the CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics, but they are general information. Your pediatrician knows your child best.

On iPhone, subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the app open Account → Subscription → Manage. Google Play billing is not open yet. When it is, that subscription will be managed in Google Play.

In the app, open Account → Email & sign-in → Delete account. You can export your logs as a CSV first. If you can’t open the app, email support@babycroc.app from the address on the account, or follow babycroc.app/delete-account. A family you share with other caregivers stays with them. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription.
